SAP Functional (Fresh Graduate) (25K–40K) (SDG-133289) - RGF HR Agent Recruitment Thailand Co., Ltd.

<Job responsibilities>

- Provide daily SAP Support and troubleshooting to end-users, including incident investigation, issue resolution, and user consultation
- Perform SAP configuration, Maintenance, and System enhancements for MM and PP modules
- Analyze Business requirements and translate them into appropriate SAP solutions and process improvements
- Support Data integration and interfaces between SAP and external systems, particularly manufacturing-related systems such as MES
- Support SIT/UAT, Data migration, System enhancements, implementation, and roll-out projects
- Work closely with Key users and external SAP consultants to ensure successful project implementation
- Prepare user manuals, technical documentation, and Conduct training sessions for end-users
- Collaborate with other SAP functional teams, such as FI, CO, and SD, to ensure smooth cross-functional processes and Data accuracy
- Monitor System performance and Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of SAP Business processes

<Necessary Skill / Experience>

- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 21 - 28 years old
- Bachelor's degree* Candidates meet A or B conditions are preferred
- (A) Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial, Business Administration, or a related field
- (B) At least 1 year of experience in SAP Functional, SAP Support, or a related role in any industry
- Hands-on Experience with SAP MM and/or PP
- Experience in SAP configuration, troubleshooting, and user Support
- Understanding of System integration and interfaces between SAP and other Business/manufacturing systems

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Experience supporting or implementing SAP in a manufacturing Environment
- Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes
- Experience integrating SAP with MES or other production systems
- Experience participating in SAP implementation, roll-out, or enhancement projects
- Experience working with external SAP consultants and cross-functional teams
