Responsibilities
<Job responsibilities>
- Prepare quotations for cutting tool Sales
- Check Purchase Orders (POs) and process customer Orders
- Prepare invoices and related documents
- Check order details, quantity, and delivery schedules with customers
- Manage cutting tool stock and Check inventory levels
- Check required stock and order quantities
- Place Orders with the Japan head office and confirm shipping schedules
- Communicate with the Japan head office by email about delivery, shipment, and products
- Share stock and delivery information with Sales staff
- Inform customers about delivery schedules and make adjustments when needed
- Manage Sales, order, and other related documents and data
- Handle other Sales admin tasks related to cutting tool Sales

Qualifications
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Female, age 25 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in Sales Admin, Sales Support, Order Management, or related work for over 3 years
- Conversational middle of English to read and write emails in English and communicate with the Japan head office and related departments
- Able to Manage stock, Orders, and other data using Excel
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Experience handling cutting tools, machine parts, industrial equipment, automotive parts, or related products
- Experience in order management, inventory control, import, or logistics at a manufacturer or trading company
- Experience working at a Japanese company or Ability to communicate in Japanese

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None
Workplace Area: ARL Ramkhamhaeng
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Monday - Friday)
