Responsibilities
<Job responsibilities>
1. Sales (50%)
- To take responsibility for managing and developing existing customers.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and understand their needs.
- Visit customers when necessary and Support business activities.
2. Customer Service (50%)
- To take responsibility for management, ordering, delivery, importing, exporting, and stock control.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and the warehouse regarding Orders and deliveries.
- Handle import and export documentation and Coordinate international shipments.
3. Other tasks as assigned by the Manager

Qualifications
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 24 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales or Customer Service in the rubber or chemical-related field
- Conversational High level in English (Communicate with Japanese Management and foreign customers, emails, reports, and documents)
- Have a driving license
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in import, export, and Incoterms
- Outgoing person
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Machinery, or relevant Engineering
- Experience in a Japanese company
- Experience in a Chemical trading company
- Have a TOEIC score of more than 700

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Working Hour: 8:30-17:00 (Monday - Friday)
