Responsibilities
<Job responsibilities>
- Design 2D/3D CAD models (SolidWorks/AutoCAD) for fishing hooks, lures, dies, and molds, while collaborating with suppliers on new tooling development
- Lead end-to-end testing, prototype execution, cost estimation, and risk assessments to ensure new products meet mass production standards
- Oversee trial production runs, set up working layouts for quality checking, coordinate operators, and resolve shop-floor process bottlenecks
- Design 2D/3D CAD models (SolidWorks/AutoCAD) for fishing hooks, lures, dies, and molds, while collaborating with suppliers on new tooling development

Qualifications
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field)
- At least 3 years in R&D , New development a manufacturing company
- Skills in 2D/3D CAD design (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
- Conversation Middle level in English (Daily conversation, e-mail and documents)
- Strong understanding of mold/die components and product testing
- Proven capability to organize teams across departments
- Ability to support mass production targets and handle ECN/4M production line changes
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Can join immediately

Workplace Area: Khlong Luang, Pathum Thani
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday - Friday [Every other Saturday])
