Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage and improve the service quality of the warehouse and delivery to customers
• Quickly respond to the customers' feedback
• Manage and train warehouse personnel to adhere to the Department's objectives
• Design warehouse layout and classification of stocks, and fully utilize warehouse spaces in each location
• Implement and ensure clearly safety conditions, procedures, and discipline in the warehouse
• Employee Evaluation & Control in Action for subordinates (20-30 persons)

Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Logistics or any related field.
• At least 5 years experience in Warehouse from Logistics or Manufacturing industry.
• At least 2 years management as Leader - Supervisor level.
• Basic in English. (used for internal report & document, sending emails)
• Strong interpersonal skills, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, Team management
• Forklift license.
• Living in Samutprakarn will be preferable
Languages skills
• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None
Workplace Area: Phraeksa, Muang, Samutprakarn
Working Hour: 8:30-17:00 (Monday - Friday (Every other Saturday))
