Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager (JP/Electronics) (50K–60K) (SDG-133614) - RGF HR Agent Recruitment Thailand Co., Ltd.

<Job responsibilities>

- Develop and Execute sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients while expanding business through new customer acquisition and new market development.
- Build trust and maintain regular communication with key clients, ensuring effective follow-up on all opportunities.
- Manage the progress and delivery schedules of orders (including RFQ handling) and Provide sales reports in line with the business plan.
- Collaborate and Coordinate roles with the sales team to maintain a productive and positive team environment.
- Collaborate and Coordinate roles with the sales team to present and report sales related information in ASEAN sales meeting and  Japan HQ meeting.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and incorporate insights into sales strategies.
- Work closely with internal departments to Support customers and resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and corporate guidelines.
- Other assigned duties

<Necessary Skill / Experience>

- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 30 - 50 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years experience as B2B sales in in trading (material, industrial, automotive part, machinery)
- Conversational High level of Japanese (N3 and above) and English (for internal and external commutation with Japanese MD, HQ)
- Have experience in management level with subordinate 

<Preferable Skill / Experience>

- Familiar with computer program (SAP will be advantage)
- Proactive and positive with new challenges.
- Management Experience
- Working Experience in trading companies for electronics
- Working Experience in Japanese company
- Computer literate (M365, SAP)
- Sales in electronic part

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : Conversational

Workplace Area: BTS Nana
Working Hour:  8:30-17:30 (Monday-Friday)
