Responsibilities
<Job responsibilities>
- Find and evaluate locations for new restaurant openings
- Negotiate and secure properties and rental contracts
- Research local markets, including population, customer trends, and traffic
- Analyze competitors and the local market to decide whether a New store is a good opportunity
- Negotiate with real estate agents, property companies, and property owners
- Manage the schedule from property selection to store opening
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth store openings

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 28 - 46 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Japanese language: JLPT N2 or above
- Able to communicate in Japanese
- Experience in store development, Commercial real estate, or New store development for chain businesses
- Ability to analyze local markets and evaluate properties
- Experience negotiating rental conditions and contracts
- Management Experience and good Coordination skills
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Experience in restaurant or retail chain store development is a plus

English level : None
Japanese level : Business Level
Workplace Area: JLK Tower (Khlong Toei Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok 10110)
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00 (Monday - Friday, If the company joins events in the future, weekend work may be necessary. If you work on a weekend, you can take a day off on a weekday instead)
