Responsibilities
<Job responsibilities>
- to manage sales orders and handle customer inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- To prepare price quotations, shipping cost estimates, and related commercial documents.
- to Coordinate export/import documentation, customs clearance, invoicing, and delivery paperwork.
- to oversee transportation arrangements with trucking, shipping lines, airlines, and freight forwarders.
- to follow up on delivery schedules, claim issues, and maintain sales records and databases.
- to Monitor shipments and delivery, proactively resolving delays, claims, and operational issues.
- to facilitate communication between sales, engineering, clients, warehouse, and other departments.
- to Track shipments and resolve delivery delays.
- other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Female, age 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 years of Experience as a Sales Coordinator in logistic related field from a Trading or Manufacturing company
- Conversational high level in English (Communicate with Japanese Customers, emails, reports, and documents)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Pleasant personality, high responsibility, active, and service-minded.
- Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Strong energy to learn and Self-motivated.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
- Experience in a Small-Sized Company
- Experience in a Japanese company
- Experience in Machinery products

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None
Workplace Area: MRT Rama 9
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Monday - Friday, Saturday Working: Once a Month, by company calendar and available to work on holiday)
