Responsibilities
<Job responsibilities>
- Review and improve work processes and logistics planning systems
- Develop logistics strategies
- Manage logistics and transportation costs
- Prepare budgets and forecasts
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the logistics team
- Assess and Develop team members as needed
- Provide expert guidance on transportation, logistics, warehousing, and customs
- Report overall logistics performance to the Director

Qualifications
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field
- At least 8 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse, or Transportation Management, with 2 years of management experience with subordinates
- Conversational High level (to communicate with the Japanese Director, email, and documents.)
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- High commitment, initiative, and reliability
- Good team player with a good attitude
- Can work under pressure
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Having Experience in trading companies will Be an advantage
- Having connections with shipping/warehouse companies will Be an advantage

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None
Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday)
