Responsibilities
<Job responsibilities>
- Handle customer quality inquiries, complaints, and requests related to semiconductor products.
- Coordinate failure analysis (FA) with suppliers and Japan Headquarters and communicate results to customers.
- To review technical reports, including FA, 8D reports, and corrective actions.
- Act as the main quality interface between customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Support quality meetings and technical discussions regarding product quality issues.
- Manage quality issues to ensure timely closure and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor supplier quality performance and Support continuous improvement.
- Maintain quality records and ensure compliance with company procedures and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales and other teams to Support business objectives while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate PCNs and other quality notifications with customers.
- Create, update, and sustain change control procedures for suppliers and customers.
- Review and ensure completeness for all requested PCNs.
- Monitor PCN data and performance to troubleshoot and resolve incidents promptly.
- Develop and maintain documentation and task list for hazardous or prohibited substances.
- Support customers with compliance data (RoHS, REACH, CMRT, EMRT, IMDS, ChemSHERPA) and reliability data.
- To continuously expand technical knowledge of semiconductors.
- Communicate job status and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Visit clients company and supplier for sovle issue
- Other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Chemical, prefer candidate from Mechanical and Mechatronic major
- At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, failure analysis, and customer quality handling electronics or semiconductor products
- Conversational High level in English (Communicate with Japanese and international reporting lines and Foreign customers, reports, and documents)
- Ability to understand technical reports, failure analysis results, and problem-solving methodologies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with customers and suppliers
- Good presentation and meeting facilitation skills
<Preferable skill / Experience>
- Experience in A Japanese company
- Experience working with Foreign customers and the team
- Conversational High-level Japanese
