Accounting Manager or Accounting Assistant Manager (Manufacturing) (49K–78K) (SDG-133714) - RGF HR Agent Recruitment Thailand Co., Ltd.

<Job responsibilities>

- Manage the overall finance and accounting activities.
- Prepare weekly PL forecasts, including presenting to top management every week.
- Manage monthly closing, monthly Package, and Annual Report.
- Oversee budget control, Expenditure control, including Cost Reduction.
- Oversee and Manage cash flow Management.
- To review the accuracy of accounting transactions to ensure compliance with the company’s accounting policy and procedure, TFRS, GAAP, and IFRS.
- Set KPI for both the department and individual team members, as well as develop and Monitor to achieve the target.
- Liaise with the internal Auditor, Third Party Auditor, including SOX Auditor.
- To prepare CIT, both CIT51 and CIT50 (Corporate Income Tax).
- Educate and improve the professional skills of the team.
- Ensure that team members follow company rules & regulations.
- To educate and monitor subordinates to handle 6S and ISO Management.
- Other tasks as assigned by the management

<Necessary Skill / Experience>

- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 40 - 50 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- At least 10 years of experience in overall accounting, cost accounting, forecasting, budgeting, and closing from manufacturing
- At least 3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Manager Level with subordinates
- Have a CPD license and Can close final statements
- Proficiency in Pivot Table
- Strong knowledge in managerial accounting and taxation
- Good knowledge of TFRS, GAAP, and IFRS
- Excellent personal skills, leadership, and teamwork
- Strong adaptability and a work-under-pressure mindset

<Preferable Skill / Experience>

- Experience in a Japanese company
- Experience in using Accpac Software

Workplace Area: Nong-Khae, Saraburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday - Saturday, Saturday Working: 2 Saturdays per Month according to the company's calendar)
