Application Engineer (Generator / Pump / Valve) (30K – 50K) (SDG-133741) - RGF HR Agent Recruitment Thailand Co., Ltd.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Occasionally, lead, coach and support team for all problems and manage customer expectation
• Formulate successful strategies to increase sales activities and ensure annual goals are attained
• Achieve overall profitability through market research, management of sales network and marketing of hydraulic products
• Assist in the study of energy market trends, analyzing the strategies of business competitors and conducting company's SWOT analysis
• Develop strategy for future product or new opportunities with team to gain more sales/market share/explore new markets
• Oversees and strengthen relationship with key account customers and suppliers
• Response for after sales and services, support sales team to analysis and solve problem on site
• Available and willing to travel both domestically and internationally to support service operations and attend meetings
• Provide comprehensive technical and operational support to the sales team, including site visits and customer visits
• Prepare, review, and manage technical documentation and proposals to support business activities
• Develop and manage assigned business areas to achieve company objectives
• Identify and drive new business opportunities in turbo machinery control (Woodward), EPC projects, and generator supply and services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and client retention
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Demonstrate flexibility in working hours and ability to handle urgent assignments

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Age 27-45 years
• Male Gender
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 5 years of experience Application Engineer, Sales Engineer, Service Engineer, Instrument Engineer in trading or any manufacturing industry.
• Must have experience in generators, pump, or valve products.
• Have experience in contacting with client in Oil & Gas, or Power Plant industries.
• Conversation middle - high level in English. (Interview in English)
• Must have own car with driving license.
• Experience in generator installation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair is preferred.
• Experience with Cummins brand is preferred. (generators)

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Friday Saturday Working:  Depend on project )
