Purchasing Chief (30K – 50K) (SDG-133895) - RGF HR Agent Recruitment Thailand Co., Ltd.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Sourcing and selecting suppliers for metal components and related materials used in electroplating/electro-coloring processes.
• Conducting price negotiations with suppliers to achieve cost reduction targets.
• Issuing purchase orders (POs) and managing the procurement process for production materials.
• Managing and supervising a subordinate Purchasing Leader, providing guidance and support.
• Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with internal departments (e.g., production) and external suppliers.
• Ensuring a stable supply of materials to support new projects scheduled for the following year.
• Understanding technical requirements related to metal finishing processes for automotive parts.
• Other tasks assigned by manager

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Age 30-36 years
• Female Gender
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 5 years of purchasing experience in a metal automotive parts manufacturer in Japanese companies
• Experience in management level 
• Conversational middle to high level of English (for daily oral reports, email communication, and ability to read and comprehend documents such as contracts and quotations)
• Experience working at a company with approximately 100 employees is an advantage
• Strong experience in supplier sourcing, supplier development, and price negotiations is an advantage
• Experience supporting new project launches and supplier localization activities is an advantage
• Knowledge of cost reduction initiatives and strategic procurement is an advantage
• Experience working with Japanese automotive manufacturers or suppliers is an advantage
