Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee QA and QC work to ensure quality assurance and quality control of raw materials, production processes and finished products comply with company and customer requirements
• Support implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of Quality Management System to align with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, GRS and RGS
• Perform QMR duties and coordinate with various departments to ensure QMS implementation and improvement are effective
• Plan and coordinate Internal Audit, Customer Audit, Certification Audit, External Audit and Supplier Audit, including tracking corrective actions and Internal auditor certificates for all systems
• Ensure customer-specific requirements are identified, communicated, implemented and compliance is monitored
• Track Corrective Action and Preventive Action implementation and support Root Cause Analysis and problem solving using Quality Tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis and 8D Report
• Prepare, monitor and analyse Quality KPI and drive quality improvement projects to reduce Defect, Scrap, Rework and Cost of Poor Quality
• Coordinate identification, assessment and monitoring of quality risks and opportunities, including tracking risk control measures
• Oversee and support GRS and RGS compliance including Traceability, Document Control, Process Compliance and audit readiness preparation
• Develop and strengthen QA/QC team capability through Training, Coaching, Competency Assessment and skills development
• Support Management Review preparation and provide Quality Performance, KPI, Audit, Customer Complaint, CAPA, Risk and Improvement data to management
• Coordinate with Production, Technical, R2B, Procurement, Logistics & Warehouse and other departments to resolve issues and improve overall quality
• Control and monitor chemical requirements REACH, SVHC and RoHS compliance by coordinating with Supplier to request and update relevant documents, verify and maintain Raw Material Compliance documentation, prepare information as requested by customers, and track requirement changes and assess product impact
• Apply Automotive Core Tools including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA

Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-45 years
• Any Gender
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing Technology, Quality Management or related field
• At least 8 years working experience in QA/QC, Quality Management System in Automotive or Electronics Manufacturing.
• At least management experience 3 years as Supervisor / Assistant Manager level.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, Automotive Core Tools including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA
• Must have experience in QMS & QMR.
• Experience with Internal Audit / Customer Audit.
• Conversation middle - high level in English (Interview in English)
• Core Tools Certification (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and Control Plan) is preferred.
• Certification Audit is preferred.
