Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Confirm parts or materials list in BOI Privilege for importing process
• Proceed machine list and get approval for machines and equipment import.
• Monitoring Procedure/Approval/Revise requisition for Raw Material list, Max stocks, Re-export machines for return and repair activities
• Maintain proper procedures of waste and scrap based on BOI's regulation
• Raw material write-off and transfer of return rights to the vendor process
• Extend period for import raw materials
• Control BOI project such as applying for full operation license, renew, closed project
• Manage parts and carry out activities concerned with Excise
• Able to work under pressure on his/her own

Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-37 years
• Any Gender
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3 years experience in BOI privileged in any manufacturing company.
• Must have experience in machine, raw material importing and related.
• Must have experience in dealing with Thai Government - BOI, Excise and any other related department.
• Experience in Excise, eMT, RMTS system.
• Efficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Digital Tooling
• Conversation middle - high level of English *Email and document *Report directly to JP General Manager *Interview in English
• Able to attend face to face interview

• Japanese : None
