Sales Engineer (30K – 40K) (SDG-133742) - RGF HR Agent Recruitment Thailand Co., Ltd.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Study and analyze customer requirements after receiving RFQ then prepare quotation to secure the business.
• Offer technical solutions that are appropriate and aligned with customer needs, to support their business.
• Coordinate with internal company group to ensure project execution is efficient and goals are achieved.
• Provide support in resolving customer technical issues and offer after sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain good relationships.
• Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor data to product development and business growth.
• Ensure customer requirements are communicated correctly to the relevant departments and meet company quality standards.
• Visit customers in person to negotiate the previously submitted quotation, assess feasibility, and analyze information to identify potential business opportunities.

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Age 25-35 years
• Any Gender
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years experience as Sales Engineer or Sales in Automotive, Electronics or Machine manufacturing related to plastics parts.
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings and technical documents ex RFQ, VAVE.
• Conversational middle - high in English (Able to communicate with Japanese Manager / Interview in English).
• Toeic 600 up will be preferable

Workplace Area: Pinthong Industrial Estate 2 Sri Racha, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday - Friday Saturday Working: 1 Sat per month)
