Press Manufacturing Manager *Prachinburi (65K – 65K) (SDG-133651) - RGF HR Agent Recruitment Thailand Co., Ltd.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead and control overall press production operations, ensuring stable and efficient manufacturing of automotive press parts
• Monitor production progress, delivery performance, productivity, and machine utilization, and take corrective action when targets are not achieved
• Ensure strict quality control and lead root cause analysis and countermeasures for production and quality issues
• Plan and manage manpower, including workforce allocation, attendance, skills development, and organizational capability
• Prepare and control the departmental budget and monitor actual performance against the approved plan
• Lead cost reduction and profitability improvement activities through Kaizen, productivity improvement, waste reduction, and loss elimination
• Develop and coach Group Leaders and other team members while reporting operational performance and improvement results to management
• Other tasks assigned by GM

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Age 35-45 years
• Any Gender
• High Diploma 
• At least 3 years of experience in press or stamping production within the automotive parts manufacturing industry
• At least 2 years of management experience
• Experience managing production, quality, manpower, delivery, and problem-solving in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with automotive steel sheet press parts, body parts, or functional components will be preferable
• Knowledge of Toyota Production System (TPS), Kaizen, 5S, or continuous improvement activities will be preferable
• Experience in budget planning, cost control, and productivity improvement will be preferable
• Strong leadership, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills will be preferable

Workplace Area: Prachin Buri
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri, Saturday Working: 1 or 2 times per month (Depend on company's calendar)
