<Job responsibilities>

- Plan and control maintenance: Maintain machines and production equipment in ready-to-use condition, replace parts according to service life and PM (Preventive Maintenance) plans

- Prepare quality Objectives: Define and control quality indicators for the maintenance department

- Authority to stop machines: Has the authority to immediately stop machines if found unsafe or not in usable condition

- Manage spare parts: Create plans to control and Supervise spare parts inventory to ensure sufficiency and prevent damage

- Implement PM and TPM systems: Develop preventive maintenance plans and implement TPM (Total Productive maintenance) system in the organization

- Energy conservation: Develop and implement projects to reduce energy consumption within the factory

- Propose and create projects: Develop and present projects to improve machine efficiency, reduce costs, or increase production capacity

- Training Planning: Plan and Provide various Skill trainings for all subordinates according to their positions in Engineering and maintenance departments

- Manage 5S activities: Participate in 5S activities with subordinates and set goals to achieve 5S objectives

- Supervise and consult: control and Provide advice to subordinates in the department

- Promote and motivate: Lead the application and compliance with work standards and ISO 9001, ISO/TS16949, ISO 14001

- Monitor compliance: ensure employees Follow company rules regarding cleanliness, safety, and Welfare

- Monitor and track: Supervise employee work performance and Monitor significant environmental issues

- Responsible for continuous development: Develop techniques, improve machines, and apply technology to enhance efficiency

- Support environmental projects: Promote and Support various environmental management activities/projects of the company

- Set annual work goals: Establish key department goals to achieve annual targets

- Immediate Reporting: Report immediately when machines affecting production become unavailable

- Budget preparation: Prepare annual budgets for machine repairs, machine overhauls, machine purchases, and spare parts purchases

- Coordinate with other departments: Contact and Coordinate between departments to resolve work issues

 

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 26 - 40 years old

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, major in Electrical, Industrial, or related fields

- At least 5 years of experience in machine maintenance in any manufacturing environment

- Ability to use PLC programs and troubleshoot PLC-controlled machines

- Knowledge of electrical circuits, machines, and electrical control systems; ability to read electrical circuit diagrams

- understanding of TPM and PM systems with TPM Experience

- Knowledge of BOQ (Bill of Quantities).

- Conversational middle-level English (documents, email)

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>

- Expertise in pneumatic-hydraulic systems

- Knowledge/experience with ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, and ISO 14001.

- Experience in machine improvement, automation, or production-capacity improvement projects.

- Experience managing 5S activities.

- Have the leadership qualities

- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Ability to work well under pressure
