<Job responsibilities>

Support and Coordination
- Support daily operations, including strategy planning and attending meetings.
- Coordinate communication between the Thailand office and Japanese partners, and provide necessary follow-up.
B2B Sales
- Support B2B sales activities for the company’s various products in Japan, Thailand, and other global markets.
Global Marketing and Digital Strategy
- Manage and direct content creation and communication through social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
Reservation Management
- Handle and Manage reservations for tours and event tickets.
Customer Care
- Provide customer Support for tours and events.
Product Planning
- Plan and develop new activities and tour products.
Other Duties
- Flexibly handle various tasks that may arise without being limited to a fixed job scope.
Business trips may be either domestic or overseas, depending on the situation, and may occur only a few times per month or not at all. 
A company car with a driver or Grab will be used, so employees are not required to drive themselves.

<Necessary Skill / Experience>

- Thai nationality, Female, age 28 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience in Project Management, Project Manager or Team Leadership 
- Practical Experience in B2B sales or business development
- Having Experience working at a startup or on a new business project
- Good digital skills and knowledge of social media trends and the latest digital tools.
- Regularly uses AI tools in daily work
- Business level of Japanese for internal and external communication. (JLPT N1 or N2)
- Business level of English for internal communication and emails.

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>

- Having Experience in the Travel or tourism industry
- Work Experience in Japan
- Study Experience in Japan
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or other Google Analytics tools

<Preferred Personality>

- Bright, positive, and active.
- Able to work independently and flexibly.
- Able to Handle many tasks at the same time.
- Has a startup mindset and enjoys taking on new challenges.

English level : Business Level

Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00 (Monday to Friday, Weekend or holiday work may be required for events, with a substitute day off. Working hours may change due to customer needs or events.)
