Responsibilities
<Job responsibilities>
- Understand Food Service business to maximize and sustain sales revenues to meet or exceed monthly target
- Manage, motivate and coach team members to Perform at their best performance to meet target
- Set up forecasting process for consumptions for Key accounts and issue purchase orders to import team to replenish stocks level according to lean concept
- Create promotion plans to drive sales
- Design sales team structure and benefit scheme to motivate team
- work with marketing team to construct yearly sales Plan and implementation Plan including Key objectives, tasks, manpower Plan, and budget
- Maintain and grow customer spending portfolio
- Continuously gather data and work with marketing team to adjust marketing strategy to meet customers' needs to increase overall profits

Qualifications
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years in Sales (products related to the food and bakery industry)
- Conversational high in English to Contact with foreign clients, Email and documents
- Having a Driving license and personal car
- Experience overseeing the team's sales performance and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
- Able to visit clients in Bangkok and the surrounding area
- Ability to effectively present products and services
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Enthusiastic, determined, and able to work well under targets
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Experience in FMCG will be an advantage

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None
Workplace Area: MRT Lat Phrao
Working Hour: 8:30-17:00 (Monday - Friday)
