Responsibilities
<Job responsibilities>
- Manage and Oversee all air export operations to ensure smooth and efficient shipment processes
- Plan and coordinate airline bookings and cargo space allocation
- Review and ensure the accuracy of export documentation, including air Waybill (AWB), commercial Invoice, Packing List, and related documents
- Coordinate with customers, airlines, overseas agents, and relevant parties
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve operational issues
- Lead, supervise, and Develop the air export team to achieve departmental and company objectives
- Establish KPIs and monitor team performance
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, international transportation requirements, and company policies
- Analyze operational costs and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Prepare operational reports and present performance results to management

Qualifications
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 40 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Conversational High level in English (to Communicate with Japanese management and do monthly Report)
- At least 5 years of experience in Air Export or Freight Forwarding operations
- Proven Experience in team leadership and management
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, IATA standards, and Incoterms
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Proficiency in CargoWise systems is preferred
Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None
Workplace Area: Bang Sao Thong, Samut Prakan
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Monday - Friday and every other Saturday)
