<Job responsibilities>

Be able to lead and drive the development of a comprehensive Human Resources strategy that supports the company’s business objectives by ensuring effective people management, organizational development, and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the company’s overall business goals.
- Oversee key HRM functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
- Lead HRD initiatives such as training and development, career path planning, and talent management to Support employee growth.
- Cultivate a positive organizational culture and Drive employee engagement across all levels.
- Manage and optimize HRIS systems to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of HR operations.
- Provide strategic HR advice to senior management, ensuring compliance with labor laws and effective conflict resolution.
- Monitor, analyze, and Report HRM and HRD performance metrics to executive leadership for continuous improvement.

<Necessary Skill / Experience>

- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 43 - 50 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Management, or related fields.
- At least 10 years of experience in both HRM and HRD in the Manufacturing industry
- At least 5 years of experience at an assistant management level with subordinate
- Conversational High of English (documentation, translation, email, etc.)
- Proficient in MS applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Evaluation and reporting skills

<Preferable Skill / Experience>

- Proficiency in Japanese is considered an advantage
- Experience in Manufacturing with 500 employees or more

Workplace Area: Nava Nakorn Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 7:30-16:30 (Monday-Friday (Saturday: 1-2 times/month depends on company calendar))
