Responsibilities
<Job responsibilities>
- Leads the customer team’s daily meeting and communicates the customer requirements to the team.
- Understands the customer requirements and expectations and translates them to all Benchmark (Thailand) internal departments.
- Co-ordinates re-quotes and new quotes from existing customers. Follows up with customers.
- Receives, processes, and requests additional POs from existing customers.
- Manages overall project execution.
- Develops start-up schedule for new Product activity. co-ordinates and monitors progress of the activity against schedule through regular meetings and reviews with Benchmark (Thailand) staff.
- Reviews and approves customer documentation and engineering changes.
- Interfaces with customer on all schedule requests and Benchmark (Thailand) schedule commitments. Facilitates customer interface with engineering, quality, Materials, and finance departments as required.
- Plans and forecasts customer future requirements.
- Monitors quality, delivery, and Product cost performance.
- Establishes cost reduction programs.

Qualifications
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 40 - 50 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Science, Medical Technology, or any related field.
- 8 years of experience in Program/Project Management within a manufacturing environment, preferably electronics, automotive parts, or related industries.
- Experience in customer-facing roles and coordination with overseas customers.
- High to business English (to communicate with overseas customers and operate reports, emails, and documentation)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in an MNC company or international environment.
- Having a Driving license or personal car
Language Skill
English level : Business Level
Japanese level : None
Workplace Area: Bang Pa-In, Ayutthaya
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday – Friday)
