Production Manager (80K–130K) (SDG-134108) - RGF HR Agent Recruitment Thailand Co., Ltd.

<Job responsibilities>

- Establish and set all productivity goals and KPIs for the production department.
- Assist in assigning staffing to meet all departmental goals and KPIs.
- Manage a team and coordinate day-to-day activities while enhancing workflow and efficiencies.
- Facilitate production Department staff meetings, generating action plans impacting production Department KPIs.
- Present departmental metrics and action plans in management staff meetings.
- Motivate, Support, and Provide guidance to production staff to meet all targets and KPIs.
- Ensure all safety and health standards are met to Keep the organization accident-free.
- Control and effectively utilize production capacity, manpower, equipment, and resources through planning, organizing, and scheduling to minimize losses and maintain high labor efficiency.
- Continuously analyze current production processes and procedures, propose improvements, implement and follow through on agreed-upon changes
- Proactively develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with and between all departments to achieve high overall effectiveness
- Establish and implement lean manufacturing initiatives that achieve improved business results
- Develop the skills and knowledge of production supervisors, leaders, technicians, and operators to be able to Perform their jobs effectively

<Necessary Skill / Experience>

- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 40 - 50 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or any related field.
- 8 - 10 years of experience in Production Management practice in the manufacturing of electronic, automotive parts, or related products, and at least 4 years at the management level
- knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Skills in production planning, resource allocation, and capacity utilization
- Ability to manage teams and Coordinate departmental activities.
- High to business English (to communicate with foreigners, external and internal, operate reports, emails, and documentation)
- Excellent personal skills, leadership, and teamwork
- Strong adaptability and a work-under-pressure mindset

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>

- Experience in an MNC company or international environments.
- Understanding of safety and health standards in a manufacturing environment.
- Having a Driving license or personal car

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday – Friday)
