Responsibilities
<Job responsibilities>
- To oversee and manage end-to-end import operations (Sea, Air, Cross-border).
- To ensure accuracy and completeness of import documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading).
- Supervise customs clearance processes in compliance with regulations.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve operational issues.
- Lead and Manage the import and customer Service team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Analyze Cost variance and implement Cost-saving initiatives.
- Manage key Accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and Service recovery.
- To minimize risks related to HS Code classification and declarations.
- Other tasks as assigned by the management.

Qualifications
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 35 - 37 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience in Sea Freight (FCL/LCL), Cross-Border Import, HS codes, and Incoterms in a freight forwarder
- At least 2 years of experience as a supervisor or assistant manager with subordinates
- Conversational to High level in English (Communicate with Japanese Management, emails, reports, and documents)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reporting and analysis), e-customs, freight systems, or ERP (e.g., SAP)
- Strong understanding of import processes and customs clearance
- Good understanding of logistics Cost structure and pricing
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or any related field
- Experience in a Japanese company
Language Skill
English level : Conversational

Workplace Area: BTS Surasak
Working Hour: 8:30-17:15 (Monday - Friday, Saturday Working: 4 Saturdays per year (08:30 – 17:00 (depends on team))
