<Job responsibilities>

[Provide Technical Support]
- Provide technical consultation, product training, troubleshooting, performance evaluation, and issue resolution to resellers, system integrators, and customers.
- Analyze technical issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
[Lead Technical Engagement for New Products]
- Lead technical activities for new product launches, including product evaluation, trials, implementation, and technical training.
- Coordinate with internal teams, resellers, and customers to ensure technical readiness and successful product adoption.
[Support Regional Sales Activities]
- Provide technical Support to country PICs across the APAC region.
- Participate in customer visits, presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
- Develop technical value propositions to support sales opportunities.
[Develop Technical Marketing Content]
- Collaborate with marketing teams to Develop case studies, application notes, white papers, flyers, presentations, and other technical materials.
- Provide accurate technical information to Support marketing and customer engagement activities.
[Provide Product & Market Intelligence]
- Monitor product applications, competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments.
- Provide insights to Support product positioning, portfolio planning, and product lifecycle management.
- Support product launch, transition, and discontinuation activities.
[Drive Market Development & Industry Engagement]
- Develop market development plans and maintain industry/customer databases for targeted markets.
- Work with reseller sales teams to identify and Develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct joint customer visits and industry engagement activities.
[Monitor Business Performance & Reporting]
- Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports on product performance, reseller activities, market trends, and business development.
- Provide actionable insights to Support business planning and decision-making.

<Necessary Skill / Experience>

- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 28 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Science, Technology, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Application Engineering, Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, After-Sales Service, or a similar technical/customer-facing role
- Experience in the measurement instrument, Color, or chemical industry
- Experience engaging directly with customers and understanding their technical requirements or operational pain points
- Conversational High-level English for communicating with clients and for overseas business trips as assigned. (Sea market)
- Have personal car with a driver's license
- Able to travel both domestically and internationally independently

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>

- Experience with microscopes, measuring instruments, sensing products
- Experience in Color-related industries, such as coatings, plastics, automotive, printing, or related manufacturing industries
- Experience working with distributors, system integrators, or channel partners
- Strong ability to analyze customer needs and translate them into suitable products, applications, or technical solutions
- Good presentation, communication, and consulting skills
- Strong customer-Service mindset with ability to build long-term customer relationships
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders including clients, distributors, system integrators, and internal teams
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently throughout Thailand and the APAC region
