Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Handle customer service for automotive parts
• Prepare general documents and provide administrative support for Sales and QA teams, including support for new projects
• Coordinate with forwarders on documentation and import/export activities
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers on delivery and shipping matters
• Follow up on product deliveries to ensure on-time delivery to customers
• Contact customers regarding documentation issues
• Request stock reports from warehouse and verify the reports
• Maintain inventory at appropriate levels to avoid obsolescence or delivery delays
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 1 year experience as sales coordinator or customer service in manufacturing or trading company.
• Conversation middle-high level of English. (Contact with oversea supplier & interview entirely in English )
• Have knowledge in import/export, customs clearance.
• Must be able to train in BKK for 1 month. (Company provide accommodation)
• Toeic 500 up will be preferable.
• Experience in document preparation and administrative support will be preferable..

• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Saturday Working: None)
