Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare work plans, check product specifications, and prepare Inspection Standards and related documents for new products.
• Prepare and update PFMEA in collaboration with the APQP team.
• Prepare and submit material and chemical information through the IMDS system, including SOC Reports according to customer requirements.
• Conduct product quality inspections, perform Full Layout Measurement, follow up on SST test results, and conduct Packing Audits before product delivery.
• Participate in analyzing quality issues occurring at customers' sites and coordinate to determine corrective actions.
• Support quality-related activities in collaboration with customers.

Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 1 year of experience in QA for New Model projects in Automotive industry.
• Knowledge of quality systems and ability to use relevant measuring equipment and tools (CMM, vernier)
• Conversational daily level in English. (Able to de report and e-mail in English)
• Must have experience about new model.

• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None
Workplace Area: Pluakdaeng Rayong
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri (1 Saturday/month depends on company calendar))
