Responsibilities
- Act as the technical decision-making bridge between business stakeholders, project management, and the development team.
- Lead discovery and requirement clarification from business objectives through an implementable technical solution.
- Assess new business opportunities and project requests for technical feasibility, solution options, architecture fit, integration/API and data impacts, security, non-functional requirements, constraints, dependencies, risks, and required capabilities.
- Provide a clear recommendation such as Feasible, Feasible with Conditions, Further Study Required, or Not Recommended, with supporting rationale and trade-offs.
- Break down requirements into technical work packages and lead effort, resource, and development timeline estimation with the delivery team.
- Validate estimation assumptions, dependencies, technical risks, and delivery approach before project commitment; support the PM in responding to technical scope, feasibility, and timeline questions.
- Own or review solution outlines, system designs, interface/API specifications, data mappings, impact assessments, technical tasks, and acceptance criteria.
- Review technical tasks and development outputs from internal developers and vendors to ensure quality, consistency, maintainability, security, and alignment with requirements.
- Guide junior and mid-level team members on complex analysis, design, troubleshooting, and technical decisions without waiting for detailed supervision.
- Support UAT, defect triage, deployment readiness, production issue analysis, and post-go-live validation.
- Establish reusable SA/technical review templates, quality gates, estimation practices, and decision records for the Application Development team.
- Communicate solution options, effort, risks, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 28 - 45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with 10+ years of experience in application development, system analysis, solution design, software engineering
- 3–5+ years in a technical leadership role such as Lead SA, Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or Development Lead, with strong experience in requirement clarification, solution assessment, and technical decision-making.
- Proven Experience in project feasibility assessment and estimation, including work breakdown, timeline, resources, dependencies, assumptions, technical risks, and recommending practical solutions.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of application architecture, web applications, system Integration, REST APIs, databases/SQL, data flows, Security, and non-functional requirements, with Experience reviewing system designs, technical tasks, development outputs, and test coverage.
- Experience working with business users, PMs, Developers, QA, Infrastructure/Cloud teams, and vendors, supporting UAT, defect triage, deployment, and production issues, as well as coaching junior and mid-level team members.
- Advanced conversational High of English (To communicate with the client and Japanese group lead)
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Cloud or architecture certification (AWS/Azure)
- Software architecture, business analysis, project management, or Agile certification.
