Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and products that meet or exceed customer requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex engineering challenges
- Conduct thorough testing and analysis to ensure the quality and reliability of our products
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in mechanical engineering and apply relevant technologies to our operations
- Document and maintain detailed records of the engineering process, including Design specifications, test results, and project milestones
- Provide technical Support and guidance to production and maintenance teams to ensure the smooth operation of our mechanical systems
Qualifications
- Thai nationality , Male , age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in M&E Engineering with 3 years of management experience in the factory/warehouse construction industry
- Conversational High level in English for Communicate with the Report line and clients
<Program>
- Proficient in the Use of CAD software, data analysis tools, and project management software
- Proficient in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Power BI
- Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety standards
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- M&E in the manufacturing industry
Language Skill
English level: Conversational
Japanese level: None
Workplace Area: Factory Construction in the Central Area and Eastern Area (area will be assigned later)
Working Hour: 08:00-17:00 (Monday -Friday, Saturday working: Depends on Project, Have meetings at the Bangkok office 2-3 time/year)
