Marketing Officer (28K–35K) (SDG-134643) - RGF HR Agent Recruitment Thailand Co., Ltd.

<Job responsibilities>
- Plan, create and publish content on Facebook, LINE Official account (LINE OA) and WeChat, following a content calendar to raise
brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Monitor and respond to messages, comments and inquiries on all social media channels in a timely manner, and escalate issues to
the relevant teams when needed.
- Write and Coordinate marketing content such as posts, broadcast messages, rich menus, banners and other communication
materials that align with the marketing strategy.
- Support day-to-day marketing operations, including setting up campaigns and promotions, scheduling broadcasts, maintaining
account settings and information, and preparing marketing materials.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure marketing campaigns meet objectives.
- Track and analyze channel performance (e.g., reach, engagement, followers, click-through), prepare regular reports, and
recommend improvements to supervisors.
- Coordinate with outsource
- Perform other tasks as assigned.

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 24 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or other related field
- At least 3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing (Line and Facebook)
- Hands-on Experience with Facebook business Suite / Meta Ads Manager, LINE OA Manager
- Conversational high in English (for Communicate with expact and create content)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
- Creative thinking and passion for staying ahead of industry trends
- Computer literacy in Microsoft office (Excel, Access) and basic design tools (e.g., Canva)

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Hands-on Experience with WeChat Official account
- Experience in related industrial sector preferred
- Ability to Handle crisis communication effectively is preferred

Working Hour: 09:00-18:00 (Monday - Friday [Check in by Mobile App])
