<Job responsibilities>
- Coordinate various activities between OEM customers and the Ayutthaya factory
- Serve as the main point of Contact for customers, following up on orders, delivery schedules, production plans, and related matters
- Communicate customer requirements internally and Monitor progress to ensure timely implementation
- Handle customer communications and concerns in the event of delivery delays or supply issues
- Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction
- Lead and Support the daily activities of two delivery team members
- Monitor daily Operations and progress, and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Manage delivery performance and inventory status
- Coordinate and follow up on tasks within the team
- Lead initiatives to improve departmental performance
- Support customer audits and factory audits
- Visit factory 1time per 2 months.(Company car with driver)
- Coordinate with relevant departments, including production, quality, Logistics, and Purchasing
- Welcome customers visiting the factory and Support factory tours
- Participate in various improvement activities and projects
- Follow up on responses to customer requirements and corrective actions

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree- At least 5 years in delivery operations in OEM business within the automotive industry / electorical, machinery
or electronics field.
- Experience coordinating between customers and factories
- Experience as a team leader or in supervising and guiding team members
- Ability to Communicate in English in a business environment, including customer interactions, meetings, and Email correspondence
- Ability to work independently and proactively Drive Operations forward

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Experience managing the operations of a small team
- Experience working with Japanese automotive manufacturers or Tier 1 suppliers
- Experience working with factories in Thailand
- Experience handling customer audits and factory audits

Language Skill
English level: Conversational
Japanese level: None

Workplace Area: MRT Phetchaburi
Working Hour: 08:00-17:00 (Monday-Friday)
