Responsibilities
<Job responsibilities>
- Develop and refine short-term and long-term corporate strategic plans to drive organizational growth and performance.
- Analyze internal and external data to Support strategic planning and inform executive decision-making.
- Prepare performance reports aligned with strategic objectives, including actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment with overall organizational goals.
- Present data and strategic insights clearly using tools such as PowerPoint and other data visualization methods.
- Support the continuous improvement of business processes and contribute to enhancing organizational efficiency.

Qualifications
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 22 - 26 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field
- At least 1 year in corporate planning, business analysis, marketing, sales coordination, or a related area in Manufacturing industry
- Conversational middle level of English (internal, Email, documents)
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Conversational level of Japanese
- Experience in a manufacturing company
Language Skill
English level: Conversational
Japanese level: None
Workplace Area: Bang Phli, Samut Prakan
Working Hour: 09:00-18:00 (Monday-Friday)
