New Project Engineer (Plastic Injection Molding) (26K–32K) (SDG-134880) - RGF HR Agent Recruitment Thailand Co., Ltd.

<Job responsibilities>
- Lead and coordinate new product launch (NPI) projects from development to mass production
- Review customer requirements, drawings, specifications, and project schedules
- Prepare and control project-related documentation and approval samples
- Coordinate with production, QA, Purchasing, and suppliers to ensure smooth project implementation
- Support production process setup and process improvement activities for new products
- Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved as planned
- Conduct technical discussions with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
- Support tooling modification, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities
- Participate in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and related quality activities
- Lead project Review meetings and follow up on action plans
- Support quality and productivity improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 requirements
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree- At least 2 year experience in new product launch, project engineering, manufacturing engineering in automotive industry
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems (such as Knowledge of mold Design)
- Conversational middle to high of English or above for internal and external communication


<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Experience in Japanese company
- Experience in new model / new product introduction projects
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA
- Familiarity with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards
- Experience working with customers and suppliers regarding technical requirements

Workplace Area:       Samut Prakan
Working Hour:          7:45-17:30(Monday - Friday ＊Saturday work may be required occasionally, approximately three times per year.)
