Responsibilities
<Job responsibilities>
- Handle order processing, invoicing, and delivery Coordination
- Communicate with suppliers and customers via email (English)
- Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and Reporting
- Assist in preparing documents and presentations for internal and external use
- Visit clients 2 or 3 times / week by company car with drivers
- Other assigned tasks

Qualifications
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 24 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree・At least 2-year experience as sales, sales admin or sales assistant in manufacturing or trading companies.
・Conversational middle level of English (For reading and writing level)
・Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic office tools
・Ability to work cooperatively in a small team
・Can join before November 4th.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience working in Japanese companies
・Experience handling multiple tasks in parallel
・Conversational high level of Japanese
Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None
Workplace Area: MRT Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre / BTS Phrom Phong
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday-Friday (Saturday: 2 times / year))
