<Job responsibilities>
- Responsible for driving sales growth by developing new Chinese customers, maintaining key relationships, and achieving assigned
targets.
- Coordinate and communicate with Chinese customers and contractors.
- Identify and Develop new Chinese customers by creating strategies to win their business.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Develop new relationships with Chinese customers, understand their needs, and prepare proposals.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular visits and engagement.
- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to Ensure timely delivery of products and services.

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 22 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Industrial Engineering or related field
- At least 1 years of experience as a Sales Engineer within factory automation, robotics, pneumatic systems, motion control, PLCs,
sensors, IoT, Digital Transformation, PLCs, Servo Motor or related equipment
- Fresh Graduate from Mechatronics or electronics field
- Conversation High to Business in Mandarin (HSK 5), To communicate with Chinese management and clients
- Conversation Middle in English (E-mail and documents)
- Must Hold a valid driving license and own a car
- Strong understanding of solution-based selling
- Have been involved in automation projects, either in design, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, or system integration
- Understand industry applications such as assembly lines, packaging machines, conveyors, semiconductors, automotive, food & beverage automation, or general manufacturing systems
- Good personality, self-motivated, and hardworking

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Have Experience taking care of IT and datacenter clients
- Conversation High in English (Able to manage reports and emails / communicate with Japanese management)

Japanese level: None

Workplace Area: Si Maha Phot District, Prachin Buri
Working Hour: 08:30-17:30 (Monday - Friday)
