<Job responsibilities>
- Develop Air freight business for both Import and Export services within assigned markets and customer segments
- Identify and approach potential importers, exporters, and prospective customers to Create new business opportunities
- Develop new customers and new traffic, with particular focus on Chachoengsao, Prachinburi, and Nakhon Ratchasima (Korat)
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand customer needs, present logistics services, and identify opportunities for business
expansion
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular visits and business follow-up
- Develop additional business and service opportunities from existing customer accounts
- Prepare, issue, and monitor quotations through Q-Manager / WebCargo
- Follow up on sales leads and business opportunities received from Express overseas offices
- Identify new markets and potential customers for Air freight and related logistics services
- Prepare and conduct professional sales presentations and logistics solution proposals
- Negotiate freight rates, service pricing, credit terms, and other commercial conditions with customers
- Understand customer logistics requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
- Convert qualified sales leads and business opportunities into confirmed business
- Manage RFQ opportunities and Coordinate the preparation of commercial proposals
- Monitor individual sales activities and performance against assigned targets
- Participate in and conduct weekly and monthly sales meetings
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, complaints, and commercial issues
- Coordinate with customer service and operations teams to Ensure smooth shipment handling
- Support the resolution of operational and logistics-related issues that may affect customers
- Ensure customer information, quotation records, and commercial information are properly maintained and updated

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 23 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree- At least 1 years of Sales experience in Freight Forwarding (Air), Logistics (Air), Air Cargo, Air Freight, or a related
business. (Understanding of Air Freight Import and Export services and operations)
- Conversational High level of English to communicate with foreign customers and internal teams
- Able to use personal car, as this role requires customer visits and new
customer acquisition (Chachoengsao, Prachinburi, Nakhon Ratchasima (Korat))
- Experience in developing new customers and generating new business
- Experience in maintaining and expanding existing customer accounts
- Understanding of Incoterms 2020
- Experience in preparing quotations and commercial proposals
- Able to Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and commercial conditions
- Able to identify customer needs and propose suitable logistics solutions
- Good understanding of customer relationship management
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Able to analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Comfortable working in target-driven sales environment with responsibility for shipment volume, revenue, profitability, and new
business development
