Maintenance and Facility (Assistant Section Manager / Manager) (35K–45K) (SDG-134943) - RGF HR Agent Recruitment Thailand Co., Ltd.

<Job responsibilities>
- Prepare and maintain a machinery inventory and develop machinery maintenance plans.
- Collect machinery documents and manuals, and Prepare and maintain machinery manuals for reference.
- Analyze machinery deterioration and maintenance problems, and compile data for maintenance improvement and development.
- Plan preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for machinery, including mechanical and electrical systems.
- Supervise and control maintenance activities to ensure that maintenance work is carried out according to the established plan.
- Procure and maintain spare parts, tools, and other maintenance equipment to ensure they are always ready for use.
- Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot machinery and related systems to ensure proper operation.
- Coordinate with contractors on the installation and modification of machinery and equipment used in the production line.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors, including machinery maintenance activities.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 32 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 of experience in maintenance and facility management from manufacturing company
- Conversation Middle in English (daily Conversation with Japanese management, report)
- Strong knowledge of machinery, electrical systems, PLC programming (Omron/Mitsubishi), and factory utility systems
- Proven Experience in team management and leadership


<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Direct Experience in Steel Wire company
- Experience in Japanese company

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area:       Bang Pu Industrial Estate, Samut Prakan
Working Hour:          8:30-17:30((Monday-Friday) *Every other saturday)
