BOI & Import-Export Operations (SCM/Manufacturing) (25K–40K) (SDG-134988) - RGF HR Agent Recruitment Thailand Co., Ltd.

<Job responsibilities>
1. BOI-Related Import / Export Management (50%)
- Handle all BOI-related import and export operations in compliance with BOI regulations.
- Prepare and submit BOI documentation, permits, and reports via the BOI system.
- Coordinate with BOI officers, customs authorities, freight forwarders, and shipping agents.
- Monitor duty-free privileges and ensure proper utilization of BOI benefits.
- Manage import/export records and maintain compliance with BOI requirements.
- Support BOI audits and inspections by preparing necessary documents and reports.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies.
2. Warehouse Classification Management (20%)
- Manage BOI and Non-BOI inventory classification and segregation.
- Control warehouse zoning and storage areas according to BOI requirements.
- Monitor inventory movement and maintain accurate stock records.
- Coordinate annual inventory counts and reconciliation activities.
- Prepare warehouse-related reports and supporting documents for BOI audits.
- Ensure traceability of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products.
- Implement and maintain proper warehouse control procedures.
3. Material Purchasing Management (30%)
- Purchase raw materials including films, double-sided adhesive tapes, foam materials, release liners, and packaging materials.
- Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and delivery performance.
- Negotiate prices, lead times, and commercial terms with local and overseas suppliers.
- Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing procurement costs.
- Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, Logistics, and Warehouse teams.
- Support cost reduction and supplier development initiatives.
- other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree- At least 3 years experience in BOI-related import/export and warehouse classification management
- Experience working at a manufacturer of plastic products (such as tape or sheet, film)
- Conversational High level of English (for internal and external communication)


<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Have connection and good relationship with BOI
- Material purchasing Experience is preferred
