<Job responsibilities>
- Manage and develop relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth
- Identify opportunities to expand business with existing accounts while developing new business opportunities to achieve sales
targets
- Visit customers regularly to understand their logistics needs, present ocean freight solutions, and strengthen long-term
partnerships
- Handle customer inquiries, Prepare quotations, and Negotiate pricing in coordination with the pricing and related teams
- Coordinate with customer service, ocean customs clearance, overseas offices, and other internal departments to Ensure smooth
shipment operations and service quality
- Monitor customer requirements, shipment Status, and sales performance, providing proactive Support and timely follow-up
- Resolve customer issues and Ensure prompt, professional responses to maintain high service standards
- Support, coach, and provide guidance to junior sales team members when required
- Prepare sales reports, account development plans, and market updates for management review

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 24 - 42 years old
- Bachelor's degree- At least 1 years of experience in Ocean Freight Sales, with experience managing key accounts
- Conversational high in English to Communicate with customers
- Have personal car and Ability to drive to Visit customers when required
- Experience in maintaining existing customers and expanding business within assigned Accounts
- Proficient in Microsoft office, especially Excel and Word
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Service-minded, proactive, results-oriented, and Able to work well under pressure

English level: Conversational

Workplace Area: MRT Phetchaburi
Working Hour: 08:30-18:00 (Monday – Friday, 08:30–18:00)
