Responsibilities
<Job responsibilities>
- Perform machine setup and installation at customer sites.
- Provide machine maintenance and repair services at customer plants.
- Conduct machine operation training for customers.
- Prepare user manuals and translate technical documents and manuals.
- Complete service reports after customer site visits.
- Analyze technical problems and provide effective recommendations.
- Other tasks as assigned by the management.
- Perform machine setup and installation at customer sites.

Qualifications
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Male, age 22 - 27 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related fields)
- Fresh graduates with internship Experience are welcomed
- Conversational high level in English
(Communicate with Japanese Managing Director and customers while visiting sites, emails, and reports)
- Have a driving license
- Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally for work, training, and project execution
- Good understanding of Mechanical (ME) drawings and Electrical (EL) diagrams
- Basic skills in AutoCAD or SolidWorks
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- At least 1 year of experience as a Service Engineer, in installation, or in machine maintenance
- Experience in a Japanese company
- Proficient in PLC programming (Mitsubishi)
- Experience with HMI (GOT or Pro-face)
Language Skill
English level: Conversational
Japanese level: None
Workplace Area: MRT Phetchaburi
Working Hour: 08:00-17:00 (Monday - Friday)
