Responsibilities
<Job responsibilities>
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance plans, and Assign tasks to maintenance personnel
- Regularly inspect and Monitor various utility systems to identify potential problems and determine necessary maintenance and repair work
- Participate in the preparation and Planning of maintenance and repair budgets
- Perform maintenance on jigs and tools to maintain consistent production quality and efficiency in accordance with established maintenance plan
- Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) for machinery, equipment, jigs, and tools
- Implement and comply with ISO 14001 and ISO 9001/IATF 16949 standards and systems
- Continuously improve work processes through KAIZEN and 5S activities

Qualifications
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 29 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree- At least 3 years of experience in maintenance engineer, service engineer from manufacturing company (Automotive, Electrical, Machinery etc.)
- Conversation Middle in English (E-mail and documents)
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO/TS 16949 quality management systems
- Proficient in MS office, Gmail, or other relevant computer programs
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills with ability to effectively Supervise and develop subordinates
- Good Planning, problem-solving, and work process improvement skills
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Have management experience
- Experienced in automotive, Wire Harness business
Language Skill
English level: Conversational
Japanese level: None
Workplace Area: Si Maha Phot, Prachinburi
Working Hour: 08:00-17:00 (Monday-Friday (08.00-17.00), <Saturday Working: depends on company calendar: around 8-10 days/ year>)
