<Job responsibilities>
- Lead and Manage IT operations, ensuring the stability, Security, and performance of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and business applications.
- Drive AWS cloud transformation initiatives, including migration from on-premises environments to AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including Firewall, VPN, VMware, Veeam Backup, Data Replication, 3CX IP-PBX, and Microsoft 365 Business Premium.
- Establish and enforce IT governance, Security policies, standards, and compliance requirements to ensure business continuity and data protection.
- Manage and respond to IT service requests on time while monitoring service quality and SLA performance.
- Analyze business requirements and collaborate with key users to design and implement effective IT solutions and projects.
- Plan, Manage, and Oversee IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, implementations, and infrastructure enhancements.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure project milestones and timelines are achieved.
- Lead, Coach, and Develop IT team members to strengthen technical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and operational excellence.
- Manage IT budgets, maintenance agreements, software licensing, and asset management to optimize IT investment.
- Coordinate with vendors, outsourcing Partners, and service providers to ensure service quality and project delivery.
- Handle incident escalation, crisis management, and business continuity activities to minimize operational impact.
- Anticipate potential risks, identify improvement opportunities, and implement Preventive actions to enhance system reliability.
- Prepare and present IT operational updates, project status reports, and strategic recommendations to IT management and Top management.

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 33 - 42 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems Management, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience working in IT operations and program development.
- Experience leading and managing medium to large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures, application across various technologies.
- Familiarity with administration, performance tuning, and system monitoring
- Understand ITIL fundamental concepts and apply them to daily operations.
- Conversational in High English (in monthly presentations, reports, and email).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, communication skills, and the Ability to explain complicated technical information in business terms.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- At least 1 year in managing subordinates.

Working Hour: 08:30-17:30 (Monday - Friday*Flexible hour 07.30-09.30 after probation*Work from home 1 day/week after probation)
