Responsibilities
<Job responsibilities>
- Manage overall QA/QC activities and daily quality performance across the Factory
- Ensure that manufacturing processes, work-in-process products, and finished products comply with quality standards, specifications, and Inspection criteria
- Conduct on-site checks and root cause analysis when process defects, finished product defects, or other quality abnormalities occur
- Coordinate with relevant departments to Develop corrective and preventive actions and follow up on their implementation
- Review quality data, including defect details, defect trends, and recurrence status, and Drive quality improvement activities
- Coordinate with production, QC, Engineering, and other related departments to resolve process-related quality issues
- Review and Manage quality-related reports, Inspection records, procedures, standards, and other quality documents
- Provide work instructions, Monitor progress, and give quality-related guidance to QA/QC staff
- Support quality checks and the development of Inspection methods for new products and process changes
- Report major quality issues, improvement progress, and quality performance to senior management

Qualifications
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 25 - 33 years old
- Bachelor's degree- At least 3 years of experience in QA/QC
- Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
- Conversational middle level of English
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Management or team leadership Experience
- Experience in the same industry
Language Skill
English level: Conversational
Japanese level: None
Workplace Area: Mueang, Samut Prakan
Working Hour: 08:00-17:10 (Monday to Friday, Saturday: Every other Saturday)
