<Job responsibilities>

- Maintain Strong relationships among candidates, by strategically controlling your actions to keep contacting them by utilizing the database system

- Sourcing potential candidates through job boards and other sources.

- Deeply understand the candidates through interviews.

- Consult and advise the candidate on how to maximize the possibility to reach success in their career, by providing the job market tendency and information.

- Share the full information of the candidates with Recruiting Consultant team and contribute with them to create opportunities for the candidates so that they get a chance to be interviewed.

- Support the candidate during the whole recruitment process.

- Cooperate with Recruiting Consultant so that both candidate and client will be satisfied in the job seeking/recruitment.

- Not limited to only above, but also implement any kinds of activities to realize the purpose written in the top < Trainings for new employees >

- Around 1 week of training

- Meeting and discussion to Share knowledge each other on a regular basis

- OJT < Skills you can gain >

- Recruiting, HR management, problem-solving, and management skills

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>

- รักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่แน่นแฟ้นระหว่างผู้สมัคร โดยการควบคุมการกระทำอย่างมีกลยุทธ์เพื่อติดต่อโดยใช้ระบบฐานข้อมูล

- การจัดหาผู้สมัครที่มีศักยภาพผ่านกระดานงานและแหล่งอื่น ๆ - เข้าใจผู้สมัครอย่างลึกซึ้งผ่านการสัมภาษณ์

- ให้คำปรึกษาและแนะนำผู้สมัครเกี่ยวกับวิธีการเพิ่มความเป็นไปได้สูงสุดในการประสบความสำเร็จในอาชีพการงาน โดยการให้ข้อมูลแนวโน้มของตลาดงานและข้อมูล

- แบ่งปันข้อมูลผู้สมัครให้ครบถ้วนกับทีม Recruiting Consultant และมีส่วนร่วมสร้างโอกาสให้ผู้สมัครได้รับโอกาสสัมภาษณ์

- สนับสนุนผู้สมัครตลอดกระบวนการสรรหาบุคลากร

- ร่วมมือกับ Recruiting Consultant เพื่อให้ทั้งผู้สมัครและลูกค้ามีความพึงพอใจในการหางาน/รับสมัครงาน

- ดำเนินกิจกรรมใดๆ เพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ที่เขียนไว้ด้านบนด้วย < การฝึกอบรมสำหรับพนักงานใหม่ >

- ระยะเวลาอบรมประมาณ 1 สัปดาห์

- ประชุมหารือแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้กันเป็นประจำ 

- การสรรหา การจัดการทรัพยากรบุคคล การแก้ปัญหา และทักษะการจัดการ

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

- At least 1 year of sales experience OR any roles related to achieving sales, KPI, project management, etc.

- Ability to communicate clearly with humbleness

- Strong interest in recruitment - Has strong ownership and boldness to challenge any difficulties

- Have a strong client/customer-oriented and result-oriented mindsets

Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: BTS Phrom Phong Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Monday-Friday)
