Responsibilities
To support maintenance activities and ensure machines and equipment operate efficiently to maintain smooth production operations.
- Support the maintenance of all activities, machines, and equipment in the production line
- To troubleshoot and repair machine problems to reduce downtime
- Support the maintenance of automation systems such as PLCs (Mitsubishi), Robots, and Automatic
- Monitor machine performance and improve equipment efficiency (OEE), ISO9001, and ISO14001
- Coordinate with the production Team to ensure smooth operation
- Prepare reports and Support improvement activities
- Other tasks as assigned by the Report line
Qualifications
< Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, age 22 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Machatronics or Mechanical Engineering
- Fresh Graduates with Experience with PLCs (Mitsubishi), Robots, and Automatic
- Conversational Middle Level in English (Communicate with Japanese Management sometimes, emails, reports, and documents)
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and solve problems efficiently
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
< Preferable skill/Experience >
- Experience in a Japanese company
- Experience in consumer manufacturing
- Having a Professional Engineering License (PE License)
- Having training or certification as a person Responsible for Energy (Energy manager)

English level : Conversational

Workplace Area: Bang Pu Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 6:30-15:30 (Monday - Friday: Shift work is required, with shifts rotating once a week. (Have Morning Shift: 06:30 - 15:30 and Night Shift:18:30 - 06:30)Saturday Working: Every Other Saturday)
