Responsibilities
- Check, monitor and control project Develop process with our local partner (real Estate developer)
- Check, monitor and control EIA and other permit(relate with project development) process with local partner (real Estate developer)
- Schedule control, Check and monitor construction process with our local partner (real Estate developer)
- Propose better solution or construction method in order to improve project delay.
- Quality control, Supervise construction site and Check the building quality.
- Propose better designs in order to improve building quality.
- Check design drawings as part of quality, design, and Cost control and to improve product
E.g., no risk of water leakage, enough sound insulation and so on."
- Cost control, Check and monitor construction Cost with local partner (real Estate developer)
- Estimating project costs and schedules
Qualifications
< Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Civil engineer or Architecture
- Engineer profession classification - "Associate" or "Professional" of Civil engineering;
or Architect profession classification - "Associate" or "Professional" of Civil engineering;
- Very Good command in English (basically, internally)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Having the Skill of MS Excel
< Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Experience of working in construction and Management for condominium and hotel
- Experience of working as a project manager of real Estate developer
Language Skill
English level : Business Level
Japanese level : None
Workplace Area: BTS Phrom Phong
Working Hour: 9:00-17:40 (Monday-Friday)
