Responsibilities
- Providing legal advice to the Management and business operations
- Drafting and reviewing Contracts in Support of various corporate and commercial transactions, both domestic and international
- To oversee the process of reviewing contracts and other documents (Thai-English) related to business operations, oversee legal staff on reviewing and drafting contracts, supervise and control the contract management system, and plan and control contract
- Control the contract Management system and Support all users in the company group
- Support and control all work in the Team
- Investigate and provide solutions when legal/compliance issues occur
- Other work as assigned
Qualifications
< Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's or master's Degree in Law
- At least 8 years as a Legal in a corporate company with 3 years of management level
- Conversational high or business level (to Communicate with overseas group company, review contract)
- Holding a Lawyer license or Certificate of the Thai Bar
- Excellent analytical and research skills
- Be a fast learner with a strong work ethic
- able to work in a Team or individually and complete assignments within the deadline
< Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Working experiences in the manufacturing industry
- TOEIC 750 up
- Experience in fields such as document control, ISO Management system, etc

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None
Workplace Area: BTS Nana
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday-Friday)
