Responsibilities
- Make a quotation & update the material adjustment to the customer
- Checking forecast & update to production in case of order fluctuation
- Update delivery schedule checking stock & confirm with customer
- Support special order for sample wheel both import from other country & company self-production
- Joint Sales & PC meeting and Sales meeting every week
- Support delivery in case of any problem occurring & Negotiation with customer
- Support for survey sheet from customer
- Other document related to customers
- Summarize important Sales issue per week for reporting in Sales meeting
- Negotiate with customers to achieve Sales target for example price in quotation and etc.
- Visiting customers very often get feedback from customer to improve the service performance
- Support forecast & update to production in case of order fluctuation
- Follow up IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 system
- Other tasks assigned by supervises
Qualifications
< Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, age 23 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year of experience as sales in the automotive part field.
- English conversational high level (TOEIC 550)(communication with Japanese report line, clients documents and email)
- Good at Microsoft Excel and other computer Skill
< Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Passed training course IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None
Workplace Area: Bang Phli Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday - Friday, 1-2 Saturdays per month (depends on company calendar))
