Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise the GA team (approximately 15 members)
• Act as the GA Group Leader and oversee daily administrative operations
• Support and follow up on team members’ tasks and performance
• Conduct regular meetings with the team (several times per month)
• Prepare and report GA activity updates to management
• Monitor the workplace and factory environment and identify issues
• Take initiative to improve workplace organization and operational efficiency
• Other assigning tasks
Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 5 years of experience in HR & GA position in any manufacturing industry
• At least 3 years of experience in Assistant manager or higher position
• Conversational low-middle of English (can read and write e-mail, use interpreter for communicating with JP MD)
• Experience in Automotive industry will be preferable
• Work in Japanese companies will be preferable
• Conversational level of Japanese will be preferable
Languages skills
• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None
Workplace Area: Amatanakhorn Phase 2 Muang Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Saturday working: 2 times per month on average )
